Event Description

The cupcake craze has been replaced by pops, frozen cupcakes and other novelties, popping up everywhere nationwide. Not only are these treats innovative, but they are a creative way to use extra gelato or days-old cake. Frozen dessert ideas are everywhere, so separating your concept from the pack is imperative and PreGel's Professional Training Center is offering this special class to teach you how to do just that.

  • How to utilize gelato overages in revenue-generating recipes
  • Hands-on production to create an assortment of frozen and refrigerated desserts including:

    • Mono-portions - frozen and refrigerated cakes for single servings

    • Panini Gelato
    • Tenerissimo
    • Gelato Cupcakes
  • How to decorate your creations using chocolate decor, glazes, etc.
  • PreGel AMERICA's product offerings
    • Instant powders
    • Flavoring pastes and compounds
    • Toppings, decorations and garnishes

*Suggested Prerequisite: The Fundamentals of Gelato and Sorbetto Production Class

Cost: $50 administration fee
