I love all sorts of art involving marzipan and I have been doing a lot of stuff with it for so many years. However, it's always great to be able to learn something new.
I find working with marzipan more difficult than working with fondant, so that was definitely a helpful video. I always lean toward working with fondant, but now I feel like I may start to tackle more projects with marzipan. Thanks!
