Thank you for the welcome, Jori! I have been so busy with school that I do not get to my DP e-mails often. I am studying Patissere and Bakery. I have completed 3 weeks of a 15 month program and have already learned so much....it is amazing to say the least.

I am finally able to pursue my dream (20+ years in the making!) and find that I am the oldest in the class. The majority of the students are my daughter's age but we have all embraced each other quite well. I can learn from them as much as I hope they will be able to learn from me.

I so appreciate your pictures you have posted. Your products are amazing!! Do you have your own business?
