The longer I am a pastry chef, the more I appreciate the talent that has been given to me to create things that make people smile and say "wow". This in turn pushes me to grow and get better all the time. You may not always succeed, but if you make your goal to do better all the time, you will be on top often. Personally, I love to cook for my friends at home, I learned to fly fish 18 years ago and it is a fact that I will never get to do that as much as I want to in my life. I am into photography and working on a website of my sunset photos called Surrealsunsets.com. It's not easy living the life of a full time Exec. Pastry Chef. But alot of fun and satisfaction.
