Authentic Mexican Chocolate

Mexican Chocolate usually comes in tablet form and is HARD!! Suggested tip, when you want to use this chocolate, microwave it for 30 seconds to make is soft. Another is to blend it in a blender with either water, condense milk, milk, liquor. Mexican chocolate has a unique spiced flavor and is very gooooood. Ingredients are cocoa and pure cane sugar. Try it in your baking next time.
